Bill is something of a masochist and is often attracted to people who abuse him; after suffering under his father and Lenore, Bill has an almost complete lack of self-worth. Kahn "Connie" Souphanousinphone, Jr. (Lao: "" ) (voiced by Lauren Tom) is the American-born 13-year-old daughter of Kahn and Minh. She happily received Bill upon his return for a visit and was not displeased to see him and his cousins' widows taking mutual interest.
